As well as ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with Building Safety and CDM, you will provide regular reports demonstrating compliance with these regulations.In addition to managing monthly KPIs, you will take the lead in identifying risks and creating contingency plans.More about youThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Project Manager. Experience within a build environment as well as overseeing construction/ maintenance projects is also desired.Experience & Skills

• A proven track record as a Project Manager within a built environment,
• Experience leading construction/ maintenance projects,
• A PM qualification e.g. PRINCE II
