Salary: £65,000 – £75,000Overview:
We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager who can confidently lead end-to-end delivery of commercial and bespoke “Cut & Curve” schemes. The right person will take ownership of key accounts and work directly with clients, consultants, and directors.Key Responsibilities:Lead multiple commercial or mixed-use schemes simultaneouslyManage client relationships and consultant teams with minimal oversightOversee project programming, risk management, procurement, and deliveryRepresent Constructive as the project lead in meetings and negotiationsSupport and mentor junior team membersRequirements:5+ years’ consultancy-side project management experienceStrong JCT knowledge (including insurance, EOT, provisions, variations)Proven ability to manage high-pressure projects and stakeholdersStrong soft skills – must be a confident communicator and networkerExisting relationships with contractors, architects, or MEP consultants a plusWhy Join:
