Greasing the wheels behind the scenes, our people in Operations are the backbone of our Company.Context:As part of our commitment to supporting the group’s ambitious growth and bolstering the EMEA Wholesale and Retail business, the EMEA Rx Operations team is advancing a bold and dynamic transformation program. Our focus includes:

  • Streamlining and optimizing our operational footprint to enhance efficiency,
  • Developing and scaling innovative offerings such as Complete Pairs and Integrated Supply Chain solutions for our clients,
  • Maximizing synergies with EssilorLuxottica and Grand Vision to create value and drive operational excellence.

Our mission is to execute these key transformation projects while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction, meeting our performance commitments, and reducing the overall cost.To drive this mission forward, we are seeking a Senior Transformation Project Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of EMEA Rx Operations Transformation, this role will focus on managing the strategic direction and instruction of high-impact projects.Key Responsibilities:As Transformation Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the EMEA Operations Rx transformation team. Your main responsibilities include:Fully manage, in collaboration with Group functions and geographies, the instruction of Class 1 strategic projects (Operational footprint optimization, Essilor Luxottica and Grand Vision synergies, strategic business projects, etc.) up to Gate 3 and their launch (feasibility study, solution definition, business case development, budget and Capex validation, executive management validation and commitment, etc.).One of your key assignments will be to lead the coordination of transformation programs that drive the integration of Grand Vision operations, ensuring the realization of synergies and alignment with business objectives. This includes:– Oversee the centralization of edging and mounting within Regional Fulfillment Hubs to support showroom implementation and align with the company’s strategic vision.– Define and monitor project plans and roadmaps, including the necessary IT projects required to enable the transformation.– Supervise the volume and sourcing mid-term plan, in alignment with the global sourcing strategy.– Support the definition and implementation of collaborative processes and operational management models in coordination with the central supply chain, regional teams, and corporate functions.– Serve as a key interface with Managing Directors (MDs) and Opcos to clarify strategic business objectives and align on operational plans.– Ensure seamless alignment across all stakeholders, including Opcos, MDs, Optical Retail corporate teams, geographies, operations, and IT, to drive successful implementationCandidate profile :

  • A Master’s degree (Bac +5) and 10+ years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain management, with a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation projects in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and deliver innovative solutions in collaboration with experts across various domains.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities, combined with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • A customer-oriented mindset, combined with autonomy, mobility within EMEA, and a results-driven approach.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead and manage change, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and engaged throughout transformation initiatives.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
