And with social housing roots going back eight decades, we continue to ensure that every penny of profit we make is reinvested into our charitable social purpose – delivering more homes and better services for customers.We’re also members of the G15, a group of leading housing associations that work together to house one in ten Londoners and tackle the housing crisis.About the roleWe’re searching for a Senior Property Transaction Manager to join our friendly and hard-working Property Services department here at A2Dominion. This role will support the Head of Property Transactions and oversee the sale of the Non-Core Housing Portfolios, as well as any other non-core, tactical asset disposals. Once assets have been identified for disposal through performance reviews, you will work directly with the Head of Service and other Senior Stakeholders to responsibly manage the overall process up until disposal of the assets.Some Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Asset Management team to undertake performance reviews that drive intervention decisions
  • Present information to Senior Management to facilitate discussion and decision making
  • Lead on the appointment of consultants and supporting services and when mobilised, manage them responsibly so work is completed within target
  • Oversee the sale of any non-core Housing portfolio to ensure all key milestones are met and completion secured within the target timeframe
  • Lead on all elements within the overall sales programme
  • Where required produce clear, concise factual performance information with narrative for review by senior management
  • Processing documents and data in accordance with deadlines and to expected qualitative standards
  • Attend, provide updates and where required lead meetings with a range of internal and external stakeholders as required to deliver the sales programme
  • Ensure all necessary programme documentation is completed and maintained to a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.

More about you:

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)
  • Proven experience of excellent service delivery in a high-pressure environment
  • An understanding of the property sales process
  • Demonstrates experience at creating well written factual reports
  • Ability to produce information in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience of working with external and internal stakeholders
  • Experience of building relationships within project teams as well as business stakeholders
