Working side by side with the world’s leading experts in your field, you’ll be surrounded by an open collaborative culture that embraces diversity, recognition, professional development and most importantly, you.Are you ready to make an impact?About The RoleWe’re currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Associate to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team.The Senior Recruitment Associate is responsible for the co-ordination of activities and processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including interview and assessment scheduling, reporting, producing MI and team administration. The role will be part of EMEA Talent Acquisition Team and will support Experienced Hires across the region.Your core responsibilities includes interview scheduling, offer production and producing MI for the team, you will also take ownership of the candidate onboarding process and support with ad-hoc projects.You will have the opportunity to work across multiple FTI business segments, as well as gaining exposure to our broader HR functions, including resourcing and operations.This is a varied role and would suit someone who is looking to develop their project management and research skills in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll Do

  • Assist with interview scheduling; to include coordinating both candidates and hiring managers’ diaries and room bookings
  • Assist with the management of the Recruitment Inbox and respond to applications and queries as appropriate
  • Assist in facilitation of assessments and case studies, including in-person assessments when required
  • Draft employment offers and contracts
  • Assist the Recruitment Team with maintaining recruitment trackers both in Excel and Taleo
  • Assist with ad-hoc reports and maintain data integrity and adherence to audit in Taleo
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Recruitment service and processes to the business
  • Support the Recruitment team with reviewing and/or screening CVs wherever possible
  • Own and manage the steps following the recruitment process with new starters to include right to work checks, background-check monitoring and document upload in the HR system
  • Highlight any onboarding concerns with the Recruitment team and HR, whilst identifying trends, areas for improvement and suggestions for these
  • Support adhoc recruitment projects

  • Be pragmatic with a ‘can do’ attitude whilst being enthusiastic and forward thinking
  • Exemplary attention to detail and highly organised to keep all recruitment records and systems updated
  • Ability to build strong rapport and relationships at all levels across the business
  • Ability to work with high self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
  • Methodical approach to work and strong prioritisation skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven background in recruitment coordination and administration
  • Good understanding and knowledge of recruitment ATS or software
  • Knowledge of and literacy with Microsoft Office packages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Taleo and Yello would be an advantage
  • Professional services industry experience is desirable
