Come join us.About you:We are looking for a data-driven and experienced Marketer to report to the Head of EMEA Marketing and lead the UKI Marketing Strategy. You will be the in-market expert and consider yourself a T-shaped marketer who understands the full funnel of a SaaS buyer’s journey and know how to effortlessly straddle between business strategy and the day to day execution.You understand how and when to plug in to the wider marketing team expertise and how to bring your strategy to life. You know how to articulate to an international team and what makes the UK tick. You will work across multiple different stakeholder groups across both the marketing department (Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing) and beyond and will be a key player in our GTM ambitions.You’re confident and comfortable with driving big ARR and pipeline numbers and have the experience to show it.   • Strategic Marketing Planning: The role will be responsible for the UKI Marketing Strategy to deliver increased market share, build brand awareness, achieve pipeline generation targets, and drive prospects through the buyers’ journey. You will develop and implement the UK Strategic Marketing Plan, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Local Campaign Activation: Working with the framework of a centralised Marketing strategy, you will develop local strategies, campaigns, and co-marketing opportunities that reinforce HiBob’s mission to be the number one player for modern businesses in the UK market. You will “Glocalise” centralised thematic campaigns as well as driving and executing regionally sourced campaigns, collaborating with various marketing teams including setting the strategy and working with the events manager on local events.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Business Development: The role has a good understanding of sales cycles, and works closely with the central Marketing teams, Business Development & Sales teams to achieve overall pipeline targets. You will work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to ensure marketing strategies are effectively communicated and integrated throughout the entire sales and buyer journey.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure, quantify, and report on the performance of marketing strategies and campaigns for the UKI region.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Support market research and analysis efforts to evaluate industry trends, working with Product Marketing to provide Market Intelligence insights.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners and UK industry influencers.
