We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Senior Representative, Customer Service – Skilled in Weston, Florida. This role is essential in maintaining strong relations with our customers and supporting our sales team in the industry. The job involves both pre-sale and post-sale customer interactions, making key decisions based on company procedures and principles, and working with various departments to meet service sales goals.

First Shift: 7-3:30PM

Responsibilities:

  • Handling the comprehension and execution of complex legal documents related to application delivery.

  • Quoting preventative maintenance and conducting repairs for billed customers.

  • Troubleshooting international shipments to guarantee compliance with custom requirements.

  • Investigating unidentified returns for accurate inventory management.

  • Facilitating effective communication for product recalls and quality control.

  • Collaborating in teams to deliver optimal results to customers.

  • Motivating colleagues to exceed daily tasks and objectives.

  • Training new hires to promote business expansion.

  • Being responsive to inquiries from sales and external stakeholders.

  • Managing working practices and SOPs efficiently.

  • Actively striving to improve service levels, internal processes, and customer assistance.

  • Demonstrating a consistently positive attitude in the professional sphere.

  • Providing superior customer care by building effective relationships with internal and external clients.

  • Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

  • Preparing detailed product or service reports, driven by meaningful customer information.

  • Maintaining accurate pricing in record systems and entering contracts as required.

  • Upholding quality initiatives throughout workflow.

  • Implementing procedures for accurate inventory management.

  • Assisting the Sales Department by responding to inquiries via phone and e-mail.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong grasp of legal documentation.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements.

  • Competence in inventory reconciliation and management.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.

  • Proactive and collaborative attitude towards problem-solving.

  • Ability to maintain and build positive business relationships.

  • Attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory management.
