Senior Reward Analyst, Europe

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Rewards Analyst, to support our team in a range of exciting projects. Come join our dynamic team at JELD-WEN Europe, a global organization that produces and manufacturers doors and doorsets.Your role:As our Senior Reward Analyst, you will be a key player in our European HR team, focusing on optimizing our reward and recognition activities to attract and retain top talent. This is done in close collaboration with the European HR Team, our HR Data Management Team, Hiring managers, Finance and other relevant stakeholders within JELD-WEN.Your analytical and personal skills, combined with your Excel proficiency will be instrumental in designing, implementing and executing compensation programs that align with our business objectives.This is a remote or hybrid role on a fixed-term contract (6 months with possibility of extension) and can be based in various locations in our main areas in Europe, e.g. United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany, Sweden or Austria.What impact you will make:
