We are now looking for a passionate Business Account Manager (m/f/d) for our new location in London city centre.TasksDO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN THIS ROLE? THEN YOU SHOULD BE INTERESTED IN THE FOLLOWING TASKS:
- Lead generation and -qualification
- Realisation of outbound acquisition campaigns (telephone, email, social media) to increase brand awareness and generate sales opportunities
- Conducting detailed needs analyses to understand the requirements of potential customers and offer customised recruiting solutions
- Maintaining data in our customer relationship management system
- Tracking market trends and competitor activity to continuously develop and improve sales strategies
- Support in setting up the London site
RequirementsIN ADDITION TO AN INTEREST IN OUR COMPANY, YOU SHOULD BRING THE FOLLOWING WITH YOU:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the recruitment industry
- You listen well and seek to understand before reacting
- You maintain a calm equilibrium in stressful situations to elicit the clearest thinking
- You take smart risks and are open to possible failure
- You only say things about colleagues that you say to their face
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Experience in dealing with CRM systems or high IT affinity
