QualificationsPOSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Education/Training: Certification in electronics, or related experience required. Training in a Service or Manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Experience:
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to use small hand tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills for Training
- Strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge of advanced electronics
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Advanced Knowledge of IMS Technology
- Must be diplomatic, tactful and understand the importance of confidentiality
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Experience on manufacturing line experience of small, delicate assemblies an asset
- Experience building IMS, drift tubes, sub-assemblies and wiring an asset
- Knowledge of IMS units and Technology
- Must be diplomatic, tactful and understand the importance of confidentiality
- Security Clearance: Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check (vetting).
- Knowledge/Skills:
- Superior communicator to develop and communicate processes to share advanced knowledge.
- Must possess advanced technical ability with experience and have a strong orientation for customer focus and teamwork as well as strong organizational skills.
- Able to handle multiple priorities, and exercise good judgment in a fast paced team environment.
- Must demonstrate a common sense approach and align actions and innovative contributions with the strategic direction of the business.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task several projects at once
- Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable individual
- Possess outstanding team relationship building skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 25 lbs. unassisted
