If you are passionate about building technology that transforms how companies hire, VidCruiter offers a dynamic and impactful environment for your skills to thrive.While no two days are the same, here’s what you can expect from this role:Lead and participate in the development of robust and user-centric web applications.Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using React and JavaScript.Design, build, and maintain reusable, reliable, and high-performance UI components.Collaborate with the design team to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Provide technical leadership to junior developers and support their development.Maintain and improve the architecture of new and existing systems.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and apply them into operations and activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.What we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in web development with a strong understanding of React.js, its core principles, and workflows.Proficient in speaking and writing English, with the ability to communicate effectively in technical and business settings.Profound knowledge of JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.Experience with data structure.Knowledge of RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.A knack for benchmarking and optimization.Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environmentPreferred Additional Skills:Experience with other frameworks like Astro.js or Next.js is a plus.Experience with TailwindCSS.Experience with responsive and adaptive design.Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services).Experience with SEO and website performance metrics..Benefits:Competitive salary.Flexible working hours and remote work opportunities.A dynamic and creative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Want To Know More – We don’t blame you!The following link will direct you to a post published by the Founder of VidCruiter and Council member with Forbes, Sean Fahey.
