SENIOR, Software Engineer

Position Summary…

Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

SAP HANA DBAs manage and maintain the organization’s SAP HANA database environment, including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades. Stay current with the latest SAP HANA features, updates, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

• Change Request Management (ChaRM) configuration and support.
• Retrofit automation setup and configuration.
• Cross Landscape Distribution configuration and synch enablement
• Central ATC Hub and ATC variant creation and enable code quality checks for all Dev systems.
• Extensive Business Process Monitoring configuration for various module
• Focused Insight dashboard configuration for various functionalities and module
• SAP Cloud ALM enablement, connect all on-premises, hybrid and cloud systems and enable the monitoring.
• Work on interface monitoring, IDOC, SuccessFactors monitoring configuration.
• Work on PayMod, Manufacturing, EWM and Finance related KPIs monitoring.
• Change Impact analysis tool integration.
• Test suite, Test automation and CICD process integration.
• Focused Run setup and configure on XL size systems.
• Solution Manager set up Configuration.
• Work with external test automation tool like Tosca to integration with ChaRM and enable CICD.

      

What you’ll bring: (We are not looking SAP Basis product experience, extensively looking for SAP Solution Manager functional consultant with good hand-on experience.)

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager, specifically in managing large-scale SAP system landscapes with a focus on End-to-end ChaRM setup, BPMon, Retrofit automation, XLD, extensive ATC setup, including mandatory configuration, know the SAP Solman architecture and how the functionalities are working and deliver the results.
• Extensive knowledge and practical expertise in SAP Solman, Cloud ALM, Focused Run
• Extensive knowledge on Business Process Monitoring end to end configuration
• Business Process Analytics setup and dashboard configuration
• ChaRM with gCTS end to end Implementation and Support
• SOLDOC integration with content Server and ChaRM.
• Worked with external test automation tool like Tosca to integration with Solman.
• Experience in Jira integration with solman
• Experience with service now integration with solman.
• Quick learner and individual contributor on the space
• Work on onsite and offshore model experience.
