Alongside this great achievement we also celebrate a 4.4 rating on Glassdoor as an employer of choice.As Senior Sourcing Recruiter, you will be joining a very motivated team to source the best talent for one of our biggest clients by using creative sourcing methods for the UK Market.In this role we will need your expertise and confidence to support our client in the insurance industry with your exceptional sourcing skills.Please note that you will need to visit the client office in Birmingham minimum once a week.What you will do:

• Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to understand the requirements of each open role
• Source & screen & application management for the best talent & find the best – able to adapt sourcing techniques to different roles and be able to source using various channels
• Work very closely with Talent Advisors to find the best candidates for the open positions
• Conducting video/phone screening calls
• Manage job postings and the offer process
• Liaise with talent marketing for job advertisements
• Client facing – meeting with the hiring managers in a regular basis
• Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
• Create market intelligence reports and present them to the client
• Attend weekly calls/catch ups with the hiring managers to share updates regarding the sourcing process

What we would like you to have:

• Good level of English is a must (both written and verbal)
• Experience in recruitment/sourcing is essential
• Experience in the insurance industry is a big plus. Especially related to under writing, technology, pricing and actuarial
• Experience hiring roles related to IT/technology, data, and finance is essential. However, you will also be supporting different corporate roles
• Having a confident approach in communication and comfortable to challenge the partners in the process
• Flexible and proactive attitude
• Being autonomous, proactive and do not afraid to ask questions
• Good team player and self motivated
• Having a competitive approach would be helpful for the success
• Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday is a plus
