DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for an innovative Architectural Standards Designer to join the Store Development Team who is obsessed with creating world-class shopping experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of code requirements and their application in a retail environment. This position will be responsible for the creation and implementation of brand architectural and engineering design and technical standards. You will work closely with architecture and engineering consultants as well as an in-house store design, construction and procurement teams. This position will collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams at many levels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and has a deep passion for innovative retail design. Outstanding project management and communication skills, both written and verbal are required for this role.Key job responsibilities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
