If you’re looking to step up your career, join us at JLLRole PurposeWe are looking for a Sustainability Senior Consultant who will lead sustainability engagement with large and high-profile clients predominantly investors, property companies and global companies occupying real estate. The Sustainability Senior Consultant will support clients in defining compelling visions, creating leading sustainability strategies, building action plans and partnering with the rest our JLL sustainability professionals to assist in implementing and bringing plans to life.Career Level DefinitionAt this level requires specialized depth and/or breadth of sustainability expertise, consulting experience with C-Level exposure, recommends best practices, solves complex problems, takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions, works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. May lead unit teams.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Business Development – Engage with assigned clients, including investors, developers and occupiers of property and develop client relationships. Works with sustainability product team & delivery colleagues to build winning pitches and proposal to address sustainability opportunities and drive business growth.

• Consulting Delivery – Lead the development of client sustainability consulting mission including facilitating executive/elected official level presentations. Coordinate work with other sustainability specialists and multi-disciplinary team such as valuation experts or project developers to assist clients tackle various aspects of a client’s sustainability journey. This can involve creating project plans, delegating tasks and deliverables to colleagues, and providing ultimate oversight and review of deliverables.

• Sustainability Offering – Support the business and sustainability teams to develop and extend existing mandates on a range of sustainability issues, from strategy to implementation, reporting, compliance and emerging services (eg. biodiversity and the circular economy) to increase the breadth of sustainability offering available to clients.
• Ethics – Understand the organisations behavioural, moral, ethical and compliance standards & requirements, adhere to and demonstrate highest regard to these in all situations when interacting with customers, clients and colleagues

To apply you need to be/have:

• Relevant work experience in the sustainability and/or consultancy
• Strategic individual with customer centric mindset
• Specialist knowledge in sustainability
• Strong communication skills, with track record of working with Senior / C-Level stakeholders in client organisations.
• Excellent project management skills, ability to take ownership of client deliverable, to ensure alignment of multiple internal stakeholders and to meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ideally experience developing holistic solutions in a business context
• Excellent team-working, and ability to contribute towards a positive team dynamic
• Some experience undertaking materiality / strategy reviews – preferable but not essential
• Some experience working with Real Estate investors or occupiers – preferable but not essential
• Excellent computer and information system skills; in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
