Your goal will be to create and implement strategies to attract the right profiles and enhance our organization’s hiring practices. At SkyCell, we offer a unique environment with end-to-end software and hardware products, requiring a diverse range of skills. This is a pivotal time to join us and shape the future of our organization by raising our talent bar and setting us up for success in the next stage of growth.Please note that we will consider applicants from specific countries for this role (the UK or Portugal). The role would be remote from these countries, with some yearly trips to our Swiss office.Key Responsibilities:

  • Own strategies and tactics to streamline our recruitment efforts throughout the entire candidate funnel.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles, with a primary focus on tech and leadership positions.
  • Partner with a team of TA specialists and hiring managers across multiple countries. Mentor, coach, and train partners to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build a sourcing engine and talent pools to enhance our capabilities in identifying the right talent for any position, including executive roles.
  • Initiate and lead transversal projects to create an unforgettable candidate experience at SkyCell.
  • Develop a data-driven approach to inform decision-making and enable proactive planning of our future workforce needs.
  • Be an ambassador for our mission and values, strengthen our employer brand, and inspire candidates to join SkyCell.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in technology, ideally within a fast-paced scale-up environment. Understanding of the software engineering industry and talent pools, particularly in Europe, is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including the ability to develop interviewing processes, tools, and techniques to continuously improve our practices. Experience building hiring processes in an engineering-driven environment is a key asset.
  • Creative sourcing skills with the ability to think outside the box to find the right talent.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, comfortable working with data.
  • Up-to-date with hiring trends and market best practices.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
