You will be part of an experienced network of HR and recruitment professionals across EMEA, contributing your expertise to enhance talent acquisition and management strategies exclusively for the client mentioned below. Client: A prominent insurance firm headquartered in London.This position is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance once or twice a weekin London or Birmingham or York. We are excited to hire a professional with experience on the ‘Brand, Marketing, Comm, Sales’ recruitment.What’ll You Do:
- You will manage the recruitment process and stakeholder management for specialised roles in the above-mentioned fields.
- Collaborate with a network of hiring partners, HR business partners, and senior stakeholders to assist with their recruitment needs.
- Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies, collaborating with the off-site sourcing and coordination team to enhance recruitment processes. Candidate management is supported by the off-site administration team (including the sourcing and coordination teams).
- Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilizing technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements.
- Sharing market analysis and updates with client stakeholders to support strategic stakeholder decisions
What ‘ll You Bring?
- Have experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within designated sectors (fields), backed by a robust network.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment consultancy.
- Being proactive, autonomous and a creative thinker.
- Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
