What You’ll Do:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Playson, you won’t just fill positions; you’ll be architecting our teams that drive our innovation and success.

  • Be a Key Player: Integrate into our self-driven People & Culture Squad.
  • Full Ownership: Take full ownership of the candidate’s journey, acting as a proactive product owner of your service.
  • Global Talent Hunt: Find and hire the best professionals worldwide.
  • Strategize: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to our needs.
  • Source and Screen: Identify top talent, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates efficiently.
  • Communicate Our Mission: Convey Playson’s culture and values compellingly to potential hires.
  • Build Relationships: Foster long-term connections with hiring managers and stakeholders, guiding them on best practices.
  • Analyze and Improve: Track recruitment metrics and continuously suggest enhancements to our processes.

Our Talent Stack: Ashby ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Other sourcing tools, HiBob HRM, GSuite tools

Who You Are:

  • Experienced: at least 4+ years in full-cycle recruiting in tech-heavy environments, where you showcase your ability to assess candidates for a match with company’s values and desired behaviours.
  • Professional: You understand that recruitment is a sale and actively follow this. You are not prone to both receiving and giving feedback because you care.
  • Communicative: Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality.
  • Proactive: Always on the lookout for better solutions and improvements.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with complex technical requirements and recruitment automation tools.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • English Proficiency: At least an Upper-intermediate level of English.
