They’ve had a great few years of progress and growth for them in terms of winning excellent projects and bringing in talented people. Now this period of growth continues as they look to hire ambitious, talented people for 2019 to keep pushing them towards the next level.In terms of project sectors, they work on UK (London) projects within the high-end residential, luxury hospitality and mixed-use / commercial projects with some blue-chip clients and the best and biggest construction firms in the UK. They’re fully up to speed with BIM and Revit and that’s a huge point for new people joining who must be the same. Whilst they have been known to focus on the delivery stages (stage 3 onwards), they’re now winning a raft of projects to work on all stages so need people with a strong design ethos and technical nous too.Job description:

• At least 5 years’ UK experience, predominantly in the hospitality sector.
• A relevant interior design or architecture degree
• Experience Delivering Projects
• Ability to work under own initiative and as an integral part of the team
• Advanced level of Revit, 3D modelling/visual rendering experience and good ability with Photoshop
• Good level of understanding of materials, finishes and FF&E
• Technical drawing, e.g. tender packages, schedules and specifications coordination with other consultants, site liaison
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to lead and mentor other staff members.
• Must have UK work experience
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• MUST have creative experience
• Experience of Running Projects
