Position Overview:We are hiring for a Senior Total Rewards Manager, based out of France (Colombes, Paris), to work in our dynamic and fast-growing Total Rewards TeamYou will oversee compensation and benefit strategies and design to support and enable Newell Brands’ strategy.Reporting into the Senior Director, EMEA & APAC Total Rewards, you will be the change agent and focal point regarding Total Rewards offerings across France & Benelux, collaborating effectively with the business and HR partners. Developing and implementing base, variable and equity compensation and Total Reward programs at every level of the organisation, you will play a crucial role in helping to drive long-term results and the retention and development of great talent.Developing and driving effective, creative, and informed total rewards services and training to our Business Units, HR counterparts and internal customers, you will also work with international business segments and corporate total rewards teams to ensure compensation and benefit programs are uniformly administered, as well as providing input and expertise into benefit programs including long term retirement/pension plans and insured benefits.This position also encompasses a pan-regional role in various compensation and benefits topics, with the aim of ensuring consistency, leveraging regional expertise, and providing strategic advice to our Business and HR counterparts. You will therefore play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering a performance-oriented culture within the region.Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); MBA or advanced degree desirable
  • Significant experience in compensation design and execution
  • Proven background in job evaluation with regards to the Mercer or WTW job levelling systems
  • Compensation and financial modelling; Excel expertise
  • Sales bonus/commission background strongly preferred
  • Impeccable language skills, written and verbal, and possess the ability to articulate and distil complex compensation issues
