THE OPPORTUNITYWe’re seeking a dynamic Senior Wholesale Manager to provide vision, leadership, and direction to drive business development and sales growth across the UK and EU wholesale channels.In this role, you’ll lead an engaged sales team to develop and implement innovative initiatives that propel sales and business growth. You’ll be accountable for all sales within the wholesale channel, driving your team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. As a key member of our management team, you’ll collaborate closely with other leaders to ensure we meet and exceed customer expectations, delivering the highest levels of satisfaction.Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you’ll take ownership of UK wholesale sales, developing strategies and targets for both the UK and European territories as well as providing leadership and mentorship to sales managers and nurturing key accounts.If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and leadership, we want to hear from you!   • Establishing and executing a clear commercial sales strategy for each market to maximise the wholesale revenue
  • Driving all wholesale sales across all channels in the businesses such as; agents, franchises and key accounts
  • Working with Directors and Head Of’s to create company objectives and sales strategies
  • Coming up with new revenue streams e.g. territories not yet entered
  • Leading the UK Wholesale team to ensure they are keeping on top of their KPIs and that sales agents are on target
  • Proactively managing any issues in our outside your department to ensure nothing is negatively impacting invoiced sales or orders in
  • Creating sales packs and selling tools in line with design and marketing to aid sales personnel
  • Ensuring our B2B websites are fit for purpose, working with the Ecommerce team to achieve this
  • Liaising with the Marketing teams to ensure the B2B channels are fully optimised
  • Troubleshooting nonperforming territories, agents and relevant staff members. Making recommendations to improve and implementing strategy to effect positive change
  • Ensuring the company brands are sold in the correct type of stores and following our brand guidelines and objectives
  • Presenting the range to all agents each season, providing key product details, information and guide on how to sell
  • Working with external Agents and internal Merchandising and Sales teams across all product categories to ensure distribution is in line with business goals
  • Working with the Merchandising and Sales team to ensure product is selling through at desired rates. If items are over sold then recommending others and managing expectations, if items are under sold then recommending ways to increase the sell through
  • Taking responsibility for the smooth launch of new seasons to our wholesale customers and agents and running the top line show schedule
  • Monitoring seasonal and yearly performance, by delivering relevant reports and business reviews
  • Ensuring key accounts are delivering on target sales
  • Ensuring that the brand is represented in all relevant stores and partners by maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts and developing new business opportunities
  • Developing engagement plans to enhance reputation of the brands within each retailer and continue to build close working relationships
  • Building relevant range selections for retailers to buy into
  • Developing and activating seasonal and reactive promotions to drive sales
  • Working with Creative and Visual Merchandising to ensure products are best presented in stores to achieve highest sales possible
  • Working with the Product Design, Buying and Merchandising teams in a collaborative manner to help deliver the best possible collections
  • Working with Events and VM team to ensure the Company is attending the correct shows and achieving ROI

THE TALENT YOU’LL BRING * Previous experience within the fashion industry

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently when needed
  • A natural sales person
  • Results oriented and commercially minded
  • Ability to thrive in an evolving and fast-moving business environment
  • Broad marketing experience, offline and online
  • Experience delivering sales strategy
  • Analytical, driven and ROI focussed, with budgeting experience
  • Experience in establishing and growing a team, managing and retaining the team
  • Highly motivated, with a ‘can do’ attitude and a keen eye for detail
