Whether it’s Citalia’s expertise in creating authentic Italian holidays, Sovereign Luxury Travel’s opulent beach escapes or American Holidays knowledge of all things North America, our brands offer both new and returning guests, luxury escapes that impress even the most expert of travellers.As the SEO Content Executive, you will be supporting the optimisation of content on the Sovereign Luxury Travel, Citalia and American Holidays websites. You will help to increase the visibility and engagement online using search engines to acquire, retain and convert customer base and increase visitors across the UK Tailormade brands through search engine optimisation activities.You will work with the Head of Brand and Acquisition to define and create content, ensuring that relevant travel topics and keywords are covered, with copy optimised to ensure SEO session goals are met.The RoleThis is a full-time position with the flexibility to work fully remotely or if you are within commuting distance of Crawley, West Sussex, you can easily access our Crawley office when needed to collaborate with the team.What you will be doing

• Craft original, engaging web content to boost organic traffic, improve rankings, and enhance user engagement
• Use data insights and keyword research to optimise content for SEO and implement findings sitewide
• Incorporate relevant keywords naturally into content to improve search rankings, website visibility and authority
• Plan and deliver a content calendar aligned with seasonality and trends, including relevant keyword opportunities
• Conduct optimisations, including internal and external link building
• Writing copy for new hotels or products, whilst updating existing copy for constant improvements, collaborating closely with internal product teams to ensure all copy fits the brief
• Build copy and content for direct mail activities where required
• Developing a clear and consistent tone of voice that resonates with our audience
• Conduct market research and trends analysis to monitor trending topics
• Generate reports and present findings with a test and learn culture

What we are looking forThe ideal candidate will have excellent copywriting skills with the ability to optimise for SEO to lead content projects from initial copy to publication. The web channel is a strategically critical route to market and search engine optimisation is a key driver in Online Marketing and significant to the web’s role as a driver of business success.

• Proven success in an SEO/Copywriting role, driving measurable results.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques and the ability to spot new opportunities.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms like GA4, SEMRush, Search Console, and Web tools.
• Creative thinker with a flair for generating fresh, impactful ideas.
• Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Driven by a passion for travel and creating content that inspires exploration.
