What you will do:

  • Happily greet your customers and inspect their vehicle.
  • Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work.
  • Advise customers about necessary/suggested services and costs.
  • Follow the status of the customer’s vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work.
  • Ongoing customer communication – provide service updates, changes and/or recommendations.
  • Upon completion of work, review work order with customer to assure complete satisfaction.

What you need:

  • 2 years experience as a Service Advisor in Automotive and/or Recreation
  • Service writing experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Your love for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment, is hard working and brings a positive friendly attitude.
  • Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License upon employment.
