Service Coordinator

A global leader in manufacturing roll forming machines is adding an
Service Coordinator
 to their team.

This is a full-time, temp to hire position in the North Aurora area.

They offer a clean, organized work environment where you will be cross-trained to learn and grow. Knowledge of roll forming service industry preferred but not required.

Service Coordinator Duties:

• Schedule service work, trainings, and warranty service work
• Support/answer phones
• Organize processes, SOP’s and workflows
• Processing invoices and payments
• Ordering parts/ spare parts
• Communicate effectively with customers and technicians

You will be successful in role if you are a team player and reliable.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

• Get paid every Friday!

Service Coordinator Requirements:

• 3-4 years in an administrative role, customer service or technical environment
• Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
• Strong and proficient with computers- MS Office Suite
• Experience with scheduling platforms
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal communication
• High School Diploma or GED required

Pay: $24-29 per hour (depending on experience)
