NOW HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE DISPATCH REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description

• Service Dispatchers are responsible for the timely dispatch of Service Requests and Preventative Maintenance Inspections.

• Dispatchers will work directly with technicians, field leaders, and use routing software to build optimized schedules for technicians in specific locations.

• Dispatchers will assist with managing the backlog and providing timely updates on aging or pending requests.

• Dispatchers will take incoming calls from technicians to update schedules and ticket notes.

• Dispatches will monitor regional email boxes to assist technicians, field leaders, and field support with scheduling needs.

• As needed, dispatchers will assist with taking inbound customer calls and create service requests.

• 90 day contract to hire

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED

• 6+ months of customer service experience (food service, retail, hospitality, gas stations)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to prioritize and multi task

• This is a fully in-office position, no flexibly to work from home

• Training: 3 weeks Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

• Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4pm
