We are hiring!Circet UK’s Home Division are currently seeking to recruit Service Delivery Technicians to provide resource to our clients. Telecommunications Technicians provide installation, repair and maintenance of Broadband, Telephone and TV services.The normal hours of work are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, including Saturdays, but the nature of your work may involve considerable travel time and work outside of office hours without additional remuneration.Responsibilities include:Complete all work to the required quality standard as applied by Circet Home in line with best working practices and client requirementsCompleting Fibre/Coper Installations & Surveying/Repairing OrdersSite Inspection Evaluations Including, Traffic ManagementEducating our customers on the services installed while ensuring all services are operating to the customer’s satisfactionWork efficiently whilst being considerate and maintaining a clean environment and excellent customer satisfactionRespond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and enquiriesContinually develop your professional abilities through completing any training requirementsComply with company fleet policyComply with current health and safety regulations aligned to H&S handbook, Tool Box Talks etc.Ensure the operation of tools is carried out in a safe mannerEnsure work activities comply with current environmental regulationsSkills & Experience required – Full Training is Provided:Full UK Manual Drivers LicenceSkilled at managing any kind of technical work in the field even with little supervisionAbility to interpret technical issues through the non-technical description provided by their customersSound ability to diagnose problems with existing equipment and fixing themExperience of demonstrating good communication skills and of prioritising works effectivelyComfortable and confident working to tight timescales effectivelyExperience of dealing with external stakeholders and communicating effectivelyExperience of implementing, following and amending procedures for the purpose of service delivery as dictated by the client.Ability to understand client’s quality requirementsIT skills to liaise with group works controlCandidates should be professional; self-motivated with good communication skills and be able to integrate fully into the delivery teamPhysical requirements:The ability to lift objects regularlyThe ability to respond quickly to soundsThe ability to see and respond to dangerous situationsThe ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 poundsThe ability to bend and stretch with comfortThe ability to work aloneThe ability to wear personal protective gear correctly
