This is a great opportunity for someone that wants an entry level position that has room for growth & upward movement.The right candidate will have:
- Repair, renovation, and/or maintenance skills for buildings & utilities
- Plumbing, electrical, and/or basic carpentry skills
- Strong communication & problem solving skills
- Understanding of OSHA safety guidelines
- Basic math skills
- HVAC experience highly desirable
