This is a great opportunity for someone that wants an entry level position that has room for growth & upward movement.The right candidate will have:

• Repair, renovation, and/or maintenance skills for buildings & utilities
• Plumbing, electrical, and/or basic carpentry skills
• Strong communication & problem solving skills
• Understanding of OSHA safety guidelines
• Basic math skills
• HVAC experience highly desirable
