Learn how to analyze data and how to correctly interpret and explain results. Use Excel to analyze a wide variety of data and replicate tables and figures in economics research papers.Estimated course enrolment: 175Estimated TA support: 490 hours (contingent upon enrolment and funding)Class Schedule: Thursday 11:00-13:00; Friday 11:00-13:00The delivery method for this course is currently in-person.   • PhD in Economics
  • Prior experience teaching this course (or a similar course) at the university level
  • Ability and experience teaching large classes

Preferred qualifications:

  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching over four or more years

Description of duties:

  • Preparation and delivery of lectures in this course
  • Supervision of teaching assistant(s) assigned to course
  • Preparation, supervision and grading of tests and examinations in accordance with University regulations
  • Providing scheduled office hours for academic counseling of students
