This module will be presented in 6 sessions of 2 hours each. Students will be introduced to the basics of Professionalism etiquette and its role in shaping leadership and team-based interactions in a healthcare context. In addressing reflection and self-evaluation, the module will probe students’ awareness of self as translational researchers in a global context and explore how their work and approach to a need may be applied in a different setting where the need may be greater (or different).Estimated course enrollment: ~ 30 studentsEstimated TA support: not applicableClass schedule: 2-hour seminar-style workshops; occurring Thursdays between 1:00 – 3:00 PM (TBC)Sessional dates of appointment: September. 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024Salary (0.25FCE):Sessional Lecturer I – $4,728.95
