Shift Operations Manager

A
growing food
packaging company is
looking to add a Shift Operations Manager to their Las Vegas team.

This company is the
leader in dry fill and flexible packaging and provides custom solutions for
food and non-food products for some of the largest consumable companies in the
US. They are expanding and opening a new facility in Las Vegas!

This is

Shift Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of 12+ employees
• Accountable for
  compliance with all Safety, Quality and Operational regulations/requirements on
  assigned shift
• Responsible for
  planning, oversight and operational activities
• Ensure inventory
  management and stock rotation are properly handled
• Lead continuous improvement of operations ongoing
  and assist in management of all operational SOPs along with other Shift Manager

Schedule: Monday
– Thursday, 5:00PM-3:30AM (4-10 hour shifts)

Shift Operations Manager Qualifications:

• Over 4+ years of operations
  or production management experience within manufacturing or production.
• Over 2 years of leadership
  experience
• Experience
  working within food, beverage, supplement, injection molding, or pharmaceutical
  is highly desired.
• Bachelor’s
  degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Compensation: $80,000
– 95,000/yr. Plus annual bonus potential
