Shift Supervisor(Monday- Friday 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)Loop Recycled Products a wholly owned subsidiary of Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our facility in Niagara Falls, Ontario.We’re looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead a small team while actively contributing on the floor. You’ll oversee afternoon shift processes such as paint filtration and recycling, monitor productivity, and collaborate with management to improve operations.Triumvirate Environmental provides leading organizations in the higher education, life sciences, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing sectors with diverse services and expertise to assist them with compliance management. Our unique culture fosters growth, development, education, and creativity.This onsite role reports directly to the Production Manager and consists of an 8-hour day shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The pay range for this position is CAD 18.00 – CAD 22.00.Responsibilities:

• Managing a small team of staff
• Overseeing and understanding all processes of the afternoon shift; paint filtration, paint manufacturing, plastic recycling, receiving and general clean-up and basic maintenance.
• Monitoring and reporting productivity indicators
• Working with management and staff towards improving systems
• Understanding how to operate/use equipment and forklift (training and certification done at Loop)
• Working with staff on individual jobs as needed

Basic Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team
• Basic knowledge of or desire to learn hazardous waste industry and/or the transportation of Dangerous Goods Act
• Aptitude for critical thinking as it applies to health and safety in a chemical production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform repetitive tasks
• Submit and pass criminal record check
• Submit and pass medical evaluation
• This is a Safety Sensitive Position
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable form of transportation
• This Shift Supervisor regularly works with chemicals and biological materials and is responsible for using personal protective equipment as needed. This role is considered safety-sensitive.
