In this Direct Hire role, you will be overseeing all employees on shift, assigning work, reviewing performance, and training all production and support staff. You will play a vital role in the execution of production tasks, work schedule, training, maintenance, and continuous improvement. If you have at least 3 years of recent Shift Supervisor experience, and 5 years of injection molding experience, we want to hear from you!

Shift Supervisor Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of injection molding experience
• At least 3 years of relevant shift supervisor experience
• Have ability to follow written and spoken direction in English
• Basic math skills
• Computer literacy to include Word, Excel, and all applicable software programs
• Experience with plastics technology, electricity, electronic circuitry, molding and hydraulics
• High school diploma or GED

Schedule: 6am-2:30pm Monday through Friday with overtime on weekends

Pay: $25-$30/hr doe
