Shipping Associate

A local wire and cable distributor is adding a Shipping Associate to their warehouse team in Kent. This position offers competitive pay, great benefits, laid-back environment. 

If you have 6+ months of forklift experience, and have the experience using shipping software, this would be the perfect position for you.

As a Shipping Associate, you will be utilizing hand and measuring tools, order picking and packaging, shipping. You will use a sit down forklift to move products as needed. 

Shipping Associate Qualifications:

• Detail oriented, able to match numbers to SKU’s
• Ability to lift, bend, and twist with up to 65lbs
• 6+ months warehouse experience
• 6+ months of Sit-down forklift
• Basic computer skills

You will be successful in this Shipping Associate role if you are a strong team player, Able to show up, and have desire to learn new skills.

Shipping Associate Duties:

• Order Picking/packaging
• Lifting up to 65lbs
• Utilizing Hand tools and Measuring tools
• Follow/Complete work orders
• Utilize shipping software

Pay: $19.00 – $20.00/hr

Schedule:
 Monday-Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
