Shipping Associate

If you have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, have used shipping programs, and are looking to build your logistics skills, then this Shipping Clerk role could be a great fit. A Fiber Optic Products supplier in Kent, WA company is looking for a Shipping Associate to join their team. They provide fiber optic products, like optic cables and fiberglass cables of different sizes

As a Shipping Associate, your day will consist of receiving and verifying incoming product orders, carefully packaging parts, and processing shipping using FedEx, DHL, or UPS worldwide programs.

This role is full-time, temp-to-hire on the day shift. They offer training and full benefits upon permanent hire as well as annual bonuses and tuition reimbursement. Fun fact: You can listen to music while working!

Shipping Associate Job Duties:

• Coordinate daily inbound shipments
• Ensure receipts are entered accurately in the ERP system
• Using international and domestic shipping software
• Perform cycle counts

Pay:
$21 – $22 an hour


Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm

Shipping Associate requirements:

• High school diploma / GED required
• 2 – 3 years of warehouse/shipping experience\
• Worked within ERP systems (Great Plains, Oracle etc.)
• Cycle count experience
• Proficient with MS Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
