This job is temporary-to-hire and has stable business coming in—no fear of layoffs or staff reductions.
There are cross-training opportunities in multiple areas of the warehouse and opportunities for advancement into different roles, including leadership positions, for those who show eagerness and motivation to learn.
Shipping & Receiving Clerk Job Duties:
- Cycle counts of materials for inventory
- Organizing incoming and outgoing shipments
- Picking orders to go out to production
- Working with shipping / freight companies
- Operating a sit-down forklift
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $19-$20/hr Depending on experience
Shipping & Receiving Clerk Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience with shipping and receiving
- Computer proficiency including experience with shipping programs
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- Attention to detail
