POSITION: Shop Cleaner/Helper Summer Student
DEPARTMENT: Remanufacturing and Repair (RRC)
LOCATION: North Bay

generations.MAJOR DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cleaning/washing of railway equipment, coaches, parts and shop facilities
- Follow prescribed safety procedures including the use of safety clothing and equipment
- Janitorial duties as required
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Summer Term: May to August (4 months)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be registered for school in the fall of 2025 and provide proof of attendance for the
2025-2026 school year * Preference given to students enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program or enteringfull-time post-secondary studies in September 2025 * Ability to work shift work
- Must be able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic
- Works independently with little supervision
- Previous cleaning/labour experience an asset
- Must be committed to Health and Safety
