Shot
Peen Operator Associate Responsibilities:

• Safely
  conduct the shot peening process according to company standards and
  customer specifications
• Operate
  and maintain shot peening equipment, ensuring optimal machine performance
• Perform
  daily tests to determine the size and shape of media used in the process
• Communicate
  with customer service regarding recovery and completion dates for projects
• Execute
  basic preventative maintenance and report any equipment malfunctions
• Anticipate
  and address production-related issues, such as material shortages or
  delays
• Participate
  in company projects and initiatives to support continuous improvement

Shot Peen Operator Requirements:

• 6 months+ of work history.
• Ability to pass a basic math and reading comprehension test
• Capable of lifting to 50-70 lbs?

Pay: $17.50 per hour with the opportunity for a
pay increase upon a successful conversion

Schedule: 

• Day
  shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-2:30 pm
