If we can make it work – we will! .Brief DescriptionAssist the Commercial Manager in the commercial management of project activity within the North West ASPRO team’s scope of work, providing specialist commercial advice, guidance and recommendations to mitigate commercial risks.The role of the Assistant Commercial Manager is to support the North West ASPRO team, providing efficient and effective commercial administrative support service.We offer hybrid working – with the requirement to be in the office two/three days a week.About the role (External)What will you be doing?1. Provide commercial, financial and administrative assistance to the ASPRO team2. Support the maintenance of commercial and financial records for major and minor schemes to given standards3. Prepare the necessary documentation to support the raising of invoices and provision of financial information to Support Services to enable invoices to be raised4. Chase payments from outside parties under direction from Commercial Manager5. Provide timely support assistance to outside and third parties as the first line of contact for billing applications and payments queries.6. Maintain project filing system and manage archiving process for team7. Assist with the reporting on all commercial aspects of allocated projects.8.
