This team monitors the creation of all OPELLA locations and services and manages all issues for the Consumer Healthcare Business Unit buildings worldwide.The newly created team will develop the strategic roadmap and implement new business models for Real Estate and the workplace Experience.The Site Director will be responsible for all activities related to the Opella Headquarter. As the Site director you will be the point of contact for the Landlord services and will coordinate and supervise all relations (internal and external providers) for the management of the sites. You will be responsible for leading the Workplace Experience organization at the site enabling all employees (Between 800 and 1000) and guests to work in a safe, innovative, and efficient environment that is in accordance with relevant local laws and regulations, corporate HSE and CSR policies and economic standards. You will work closely with the local management, including the CEO of Opella and global functions located at the site, reporting to the Global Site Head.Main responsibilities

• First point of contact for all services provided by the Landlord (Real Estate and Workplace Experience)
• Management of all activities and resources to keep the Opella spaces in line with the business expectations and budget (incl. processes). You negotiate and coordinate agreements with external service providers and monitor service provision.
• You manage an internal (HSE, Security, Technical and Nurse) and external team (facilities management).
• Responsible for the implementation of legal and company-internal HSE guidelines to prevent occupational accidents and diseases within your area of responsibility.
• Define, control, and manage a competitive Workplace Experience budget at the site.
• Point of Contact for the Business Opella executive team for all activities related to the site (including Work Unions relations) and participate in the Global CHC RE and Workplace network.
• Management of supplies for food and beverages, event and communication
• You will be the “Hospitality” lead and will have to define the “hospitality” approach for the sites including Events organization
• You will be responsible to maintain the site at the requested standard in term of sustainability, brands Centricity and Opella Culture.
• Bringing optimization and creativity to workplaces
• Keep abreast of trends & new approaches to office life in a hybrid office context
• Project Management (new spaces design)
• Member of the global site head team located around the globe
• Key stakeholders management (CEO, Chairman, Executive Team, VIP Guest, oversees internationals members and visitors)

About You

• Minimum 10 years in Team Management and /or Hospitality Management (luxury /Consumer Goods)
• Strong experience in Hospitality Management
• Autonomous and Customers Centric.
• Excellent communication skills
• Team Management
• Budget Management
• Strong problem-solving, networking and negotiation skills
• Proven communication and change management skills
• Aspiration for innovation, creativity in the way of managing spaces and office life
• Rigour, ethics, integrity, sense of service, diplomacy, responsiveness, flexibility
• Experience in Facility Management or Co-working Space Management would be a plus
• English Fluent
