Bethany Medical Clinic is hiring a site lead medical assistants who have previous recent experience in managing and training other medical assistants.We need candidates that are experienced medical assistants who both understand the front desk responsibilities and medical assistant responsibilities who can lead a clinic site to quality performance. Checking and tracking of responsibilities will be important as well as skills in supervising, coaching, remediating and supporting other medical assistants.
