Approach Personnel are working with a specialist Retrofit contractor to hire a Site Manager for a 2 month project near Cardiff. The successful candidate will take control of one of a scheme and be responsible for overseeing a successful project within the specified time frame and budget.Key Requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card (Gold or Black preferred)
• First Aid at Work certification

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers the clients.
• Supervise site staff and subcontractors
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
• Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
• Report project progress to the main contractor
