Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager on a permanent basis covering projects across London & Kent.Due to the nature of the projects our client works on, you MUST have experience within a high end residential and commercial projects to be considered for this role. Any applications without high end experience will not be considered.Our client are a award-winning bespoke building contractor specialising in high end projects.Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients and reporting on progress
• Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors
• Monitoring build costs and project progress
• Conducting quality and safety inspections
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Maintaining quality control checks
• Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
• Working on-site in all weathers, at clients’ businesses or in a site office.

Requirements

• Experience working on high end projects
• Knowledge of building and construction
• Business management skillsVerbal communication skills
• Good initiative and logical thinking skills.
• SMSTS
• Happy to work in/out of London
• Happy with a permanent position
