Skilled Machine Operator | Aerospace | Cable Maker

This opportunity is a full-time, temp to hire position.

The company is located in Mesa right off the 60 fwy. They are a leader in manufacturing high quality RF cable assemblies for military, aerospace and space applications. You will be working on the flagship campus of one of the leading companies in the Aerospace Industry that encompasses 6 different divisions!

Job Duties:

• Operating cable manufacturing machines
• Adding ingredients to mixing machines
• Perform machine maintenance
• Operate a cable extruder
• Assist other operators

This opportunity is a perfect fit for a team-oriented, reliable individual who enjoys creating tangible, real products.

Pay: $19-$21 DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am-5:30pm

• Training Schedule: 7am-3:30pm
• Lots of opportunity for overtime
• Saturday OT is available but not mandatory

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a machine operator role REQUIRED
• Must have good longevity in prior role (12 months preferred)
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
• Able to weigh and measure materials following a “recipe”
• Must be able to read blueprints and instructions
