Skilled Machine Operator | Aerospace | Night Shift

This opportunity is a full-time, direct hire position.

The company is located in Mesa right off the 60 fwy. They are a leader in manufacturing high-quality RF cable assemblies for military, aerospace, and space applications. You will be working on the flagship campus of one of the leading companies in the Aerospace Industry that encompasses 6 different divisions!

Job Duties:

• Operating cable manufacturing machines
• Perform machine maintenance
• Complete required documentation
• Working in a cold room – 65 degrees.

This opportunity is a perfect fit for a team-oriented, reliable individual who enjoys creating tangible, real products.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

• Plus $1.50 shift differential

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9pm-5:30am

• Lots of opportunities for overtime
• Saturday OT is available but not mandatory

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a machine operator role REQUIRED
• Must have good longevity in prior role (12 months minimum)
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
• Able to lean and bend over repeatedly throughout shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to occasionally lift up to 35lbs.
