There are 10 train stations which serve key neighbourhoods within the borough providing direct connections to London Victoria, London Bridge, London Blackfriars and St Pancras International. Sutton also has direct rail connections with Epsom, Dorking, Guildford and Horsham, as well as Wimbledon for an interchange with the London Underground and West Croydon for the London Overground. As a Social Worker within the Transition Team, you will have an essential role as the first point of contact for our young people in Sutton, supporting their journey into adulthood. You will begin to develop the relationship with the young person aged 16, and work in collaboration alongside them, their carers and colleagues in childrens, health and education services to ensure they have the required level of support to meet their needs.Are you ready to take the next step? Staff have regular professional supervision which covers probation, performance and annual appraisals to focus on career development.
