Position Summary:

Adobe Learning Manager is an industry leading eLearning Platform in the fast growing market of eLearning, it caters to a wide variety of use cases such as customer & partner education, sales enablement, and develop employee skills in a single and unified scalable platform. We are in the process of redefining the learning experience for the world through our AI/ML powered intuitive workflows. As we advance our AI/ML-powered features to enhance the learning experience, we are seeking a talented Machine Learning (ML) Developer. This role will involve designing and implementing scalable ML solutions and integrating them into robust backend systems.

The Challenge:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled ML Developer to lead the creation of advanced, high-performance SaaS applications that leverage machine learning to improve user experiences and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Own product solutions through their end to end development lifecycle ensuring high quality.
Engage with customers and product management teams (co-located in Bangalore) to understand the need and design an innovative solution.
Elaborating the feature scope through competition analysis, research on recent technologies and trends to deliver the best-in-class and often next-in-class solutions and iteratively work with customers to finesse the solution.
Craft detailed use cases, design, build, test, and deploy stable, scalable, cost-effective, and simple solutions.
Handle non-functional requirements like performance, memory leaks, memory errors, not just at the feature level but, analyses its impact at the solution level as well. 
Keep abreast of industry trends and promote best practices evolution. Mentor junior developers to maximize team potential.
Show thought leadership through domain and technology presentations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
4-8 years of hands-on experience with Recommendation Systems, Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval, and Deep Learning.
Proven experience in developing ML models and integrating them into medium to large-scale, customer-focused SaaS platforms.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Java, Spring, RESTful APIs) and database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with distributed computational frameworks (e.g., YARN, Spark, Hadoop) and the ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines and ML workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions.
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Passionate about solving interesting problems for customers – ready to explore new grounds in technology and user experience. 
Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability to evolving priorities, and the ability to lead a team while working autonomously. Demonstrated ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

**Good to Have Skills:**

– Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their ML services.
– Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
– Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
