DescriptionWe’re hiring for a Software Engineer to join our Digital team. As a Software Engineer you will support the growth of the Software Engineering function; mentor junior members of the team and help build effective practices that drive a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.You will be part of a small engineering team, developing the software engineering community of practice, defining software standards across the organisation and be part of a team that’s driving Footasylum’s tech Strategy.Why Footasylum?We’ve been going through a digital transformation, changing how we deliver value to our business. A big part of this change is fostering a culture of being open and honest, collaborating, having fun and enabling psychological safety.The TeamThe Digital team is a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Product Managers, Delivery Managers and Engineers across software and QA. They work closely alongside each other from end to end. We design solutions together and share best practice.
