You will lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring project delivery is on time and within scope, while working closely with stakeholders to align technology strategy with business goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications, hosted on AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions that meet business needs.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of new technologies within the team.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
