By providing cutting-edge digital tools, we ensure that healthcare professionals can focus on what truly matters—improving patient outcomes and experiences.Who we needReporting to the Director of Engineering, we are hiring a Software Engineering Manager who will serve as both a people manager and an individual contributor. In this role, you will lead a team of 8-10 software engineers on the OSCAR Pro and Juno platforms. You will oversee day-to-day operations, driving technical excellence, platform stability, and interoperability. Additionally, you will manage the full software development lifecycle—from design and estimation to planning, implementation, testing, documentation, release, and maintenance—to ensure the timely delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality healthcare software.This is a remote-first opportunity that supports team members across Canada, with hybrid options available if desired.Who you areYou are a hands-on Software Engineering Manager with a proven track record of leading high-performing software development teams. You excel at balancing hands-on coding with team leadership and people management. Your deep expertise in cloud computing and full-stack development enables you to deliver high-level estimation, strategic planning, and precise execution. As a manager, you take pride in coaching and mentoring developers, empowering them to achieve success while driving overall business growth.What’s in it for youImpact.
